The Very First Concept Car September 26, 2002 -
This concept car was planned for after market electronics and Lexan / polycarbinate bodies only. Used a bearing mounted rear pod, progressive side springs with tweak and center dampening.

The Second Car October 9th, 2002 -
This car was still planned for aftermarket electronics however it would be able to use Mini Z bodies.
You can see similar design characteristics from this concept car to the current version
After hearing many tracks require stock kyosho electronics to be allowed to race some major revisions were added

The Third Version November 15th, 2002 -
Now Called the Pro Z. Is a fully functional working prototype chassis. Designed around the stock Kyosho electronics.
This was the first car to use the diamond t bar design with tweak adjustment. Some small revisions were still needed.

PRO Z December 10th 2002 -
The front end had been redesigned to allow clearance for mini z bodies with low hoods.
The upper deck uses a fiberglass speed control mount to eliminate potential glitching.
The main chassis was widened for added strength and Castor was finally implemented.

The Pro-Z Pocket Knife Version 5 Summer 2003 -
The Pocket Knife has all the features of the pro-z and more. The main chassis has longer battery slots
for adjustable battery position. New Long T-bar mounting holes for extra long t bars. The upper deck is
completely fiberglass so decased electronics will not short or glitch. You can use optional side spring rear
suspention. Front Bumper and rear side nerf wings protect your fine tuned suspention. The rear body
mounts ae slightly wider to hold the mini-z body with more tention than stock. Easily use high speed
servos and servo savers.

The Pro-Z Pocket Knife Version 5 Team Cars March 2004 -
Pocket Knife Version 5 TEAM CAR edition. Same design as the standard version 5. Uses a colored carbon fiber and much stiffer chassis thickness.
